Buying a laptop? Consider these factors.
Tis the laptop-buying season, with students going back to school and the rest of returning from vacation, resolving to work with better tools. What is important when looking at laptops?
Open source describes practices in the production and development of source code that promote open access to the product’s source materials. That does not mean that you can do anything you want. There are licenses and rules for source code users. 
And all of the countries there want to control your information technology.
Just look at what has happened in the federal government.
